Button box for pit inspection in elevators, emergency push button stop for applications in elevators and uses in general. Of European manufacture, it complies with all the applicable regulations for this type of facilities.
The button is supplied fully equipped with the usual elements in this type of facility. It has an ergonomic design that allows a lot of ease of use.
Emergency pushbutton, with unlocking by turn, equipped with a high capacity contact block (Ith 16a) closed NC and possibility of adding another additional contact. Monoblock type selector control (contacts integrated into the body) with positions 0-1 and contacts 1NC+1NO. Three monoblock type pushbuttons with 2 open contacts (2 NO).
The button complies with the regulations for use in elevators in safety and inspection applications. it also complies with the machinery directive which allows it to be used in machinery and industrial installations as well. It can be easily fixed on the wall or on a support that allows its mobile use, the support is not included in the supply.
The supply includes:
- Box of 5 elements in yellow color
- Ø40 emergency mushroom-head pushbutton, with interlocking and mechanical indication of condition. Has a positive opening nc (NC), an additional contact block can be added
- Two-position switch (1-2) with 90º rotation, with 1 no and one closed (1NA+1NC) monoblock type
- Lock button, in blue, with 2 open contacts (2NA) monoblock type
- Ascent button, in white, with 2 open contacts (2NA) monoblock type
- Down button (descent), in black, with 2 open contacts (2NA) monoblock type
- Glands for M20 cable input.
To complement the contacts included in the supply to the emergency button, you can add more blocks of contacts only of the Giovenzana brand, the references are:
- 1 nc (NC), spring cable attachment: GIPCW01.
- 1 no (NO), spring cable attachment: GIPCW10.
- 1 nc (NC), screw cable attachment: GIPL004001.
- 1 no (NO), screw cable fixation: GIPL004002.
No more contacts can be added to monoblock buttons or replaced.
