Endless reducer crown of size 63, compact execution and high performance, with hollow output shaft of Ø25mm and input shaft of Ø24mm.

This reducer size supports B5 flange motors size 90, this flange size has an outer Ø of 200mm and the reducer has an inlet shaft diameter of 24mm., PAM 200/24.

The powers of the motors at 1500 rpm usually used for this type of reducers and with higher service factor fs≥1 are:

  • 1.5CV 1500rpm. Maximum reduction I = 30.
  • 2CV 1500rpm. Maximum reduction I = 20.

The reduction ratios (i) available are from 10 to 30, depending on the input revolutions we can obtain the following revolutions on the output axis shown in the following table.

que rendimiento tiene esta reductora?

Estimado cleinte,

El fabricante recomienda que para motores de 1,1 KW / 1,5 CV  la relación máxima de reducción sea de 1/30 obteniendo un factor de servicio de 1,69,  con un motor de 1500 rpm  el resultado final sería de 45 rpm.
Para motores de 1,5KW /2 CV la relación máxima sería 1/20 el factor de servicio es 1,63, para un motor de 1500 rpm el resultado será de 68 rpm. 
Estos datos dependen de las condiciones de uso, tipo de carga al que sean sometidos, número de arranque por hora, número de horas de funcionamiento.   Para aumentar el factor de servicio, manteniendo la potencia del motor y relación de reducción, la única posibilidad es aumentar el tamaño del reductor para que los piñones sean más grandes, hay que tener presente que la brida PAM sea  igual que la del motor.
 
No obstante, verifique que cumple con sus especificaciones.
