Radial seal for universal use measuring 15x27x7, NBR material in blue with double lip and sealing gaskets. Metal armor structure covered with elastic rubber in blue. They have high resistance to wear, suitable for use with mineral oils and greases, indicated for inorganic, alkaline and acidic compounds in concentration.

El retén radial 15x27x7 doble labio tipo TC en NBR (nitrilo) color azul está fabricado con un material adecuado para aplicaciones generales en entornos con aceite y grasa, lo que incluye motores, cajas de engranajes y maquinaria industrial.
En cuanto a su uso en cigüeñales, es importante tener en cuenta lo siguiente:

El material NBR resiste temperaturas de hasta 100-120 °C y es compatible con aceites minerales, por lo que puede ser adecuado para cigüeñales, siempre que no se superen esas condiciones.

Sin embargo, muchos fabricantes de motores optan por retenes de FKM (Viton) para el cigüeñal debido a su mayor resistencia térmica y química, especialmente en motores modernos o de alta exigencia.
Por tanto, si el entorno no supera los 120 °C, no hay exposición a combustibles o productos agresivos, y las condiciones de trabajo son normales, este retén de NBR puede ser válido.
No obstante, le recomendamos verificar las especificaciones del fabricante del motor para confirmar el material y tipo de retén recomendado para el cigüeñal en su caso concreto.
