This device is only valid for mounting on LS (LG) brand molded case circuit breakers with electronic control (ETS and ETM models) .

The alarm contact allows immediate indication of circuit breaker tripping due to overload or short circuit conditions. It is very useful in automated plants where operators must be informed about changes in the electrical distribution system. This switch features a closed contact when the device is automatically tripped.
