Self-aligning support bracket in gray cast iron with insert already assembled, type RASEY40-XL-N, for Ø40mm shaft. Gray cast iron support with self-aligning bearing with grub screws on the inner ring.

The inserted bearing (insert) of balls in steel. These bearings are grooved. Its outer rings have a spherical surface that is free to oscillate on the support track, this oscillation allows self-alignment in the support housing and compensates for any misalignment and eliminates, as much as possible, unwanted stresses between the shaft and the support. The fixing of the bearing to the shaft is carried out by means of two hexagonal Allen screws displaced 120º. Easy assembly and disassembly.

The sealing of the bearing is guaranteed by a gasket made up of a sheet steel washer equipped with a nitrile rubber lip, "R" type seal, the bearing mounts a gasket on each side.

The support is supplied with the bearing already mounted. The supply includes:
