Modular control and protection panel for 1 single-phase or three-phase pump up to 18A, 230Vac supply. It offers built-in pump protection against overload, underload, phase failure (three-phase pumps), maximum run time (buoy failure), pump wiring failure, wrong control wiring, overvoltage, motor overheating (three-phase pumps - Klixon input) and anti-seizure protection so that when the pump is in automatic state the equipment applies one second of run time every 23 hours of inactivity, to avoid seizure and deterioration in long periods of rest.
Level control by buoys or conductive level probes. Integrated 90dB acoustic and luminous high level alarm voltage-free output (buzzer can be silenced). Compatible with PumpCheck data reader from Toscano.
The TZ1B control module, which is included in the modular panel, allows quick and easy adjustment of the intensity for overload protection, as well as adjustment of the maximum pump run time. Its display shows data such as pump status and current consumption, running time, detected faults and alarms. It also has indicator lights for voltage presence, pump operation, infrared communication (PumpCheck), overload or phase failure, high level or maintenance shutdown. The small size of the TZ1B control module allows for greater interior space and greater convenience inside the panel. The panel has a selector switch for manual operation (forced operation) or automatic operation of the pump, in manual mode the pump is not protected against any type of failure.
